As a visual artist William Rasdell combines traditional photographic
processes with digital technology to produce limited edition pigment ink prints.
His images bear witness to the legacy of enriching influences of the African
presence in daily life and custom throughout the Americas. Bill has presented
his works for exhibition in the United States, Italy and Cuba. He has been
selected as Artist in Residence at the Indianapolis Museum of Art, the Eiteljorg
Museum of American Indiana and Western Art and the Madame Walker Theater
Center.
