Bryan meet Bryan

On occassion I get emails commenting on blog posts, press releases, scoops on stories, pictures of events, and more. Today I received this fun pic of musician Bryan Adams, who took a moment while in town last week, to pose with Julian Opie's sculpture "Bryan Plays Guitar". Adam's, a friend of Julian Opie was the inspiration for the sculpture yet had never seen the sculpture Opie created in 2006.

The exhibition Julian Opie: Signs comes down September 10th so if you have yet to walk around downtown Indy to see them, be sure to check them out soon.

Love the sculpture and love that Bryan posed with it.

I was at the show and he really visited the sculpture just prior to his set. He visited it again immediately after the show and signed a few autographs.

It's nice that he visited it! but I guess bryan deserves more than that, i think he should have his own monument!
