Do you like this story?
Starting today, The Midwest Art History Society will adjurn here in Indianapolis for its 34th annual meeting. The meeting will last from March 28-31.
" The primary hosting institution will be Indiana University's Herron School of Art and Design at Indiana University/Purdue University at Indianapolis (IUPUI), with events and sessions also hosted by the Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art and the Indianapolis Museum of Art."
There's a link to the conference schedule on the web page that list talks that will cover a wide landscape: Italian Renaissance to contemporary Chinese art, from the African diaspora and Latin America to 19th-century Paris.

I'm not sure if I was the only one confused by the wording of this post, but the MAHS conference has not adjourned. Rather, it convenes in Indy beginning March 28, with programs lasting through Saturday.

Yes, well, you are absolutely correct. Now, this is where it gets interesting: you have won the prize to see if anyone would actually read that post and be interested in art history.
Congratulations!
