Will the IMA give Puck's the boot?

Well, their exclusive catering contract is at least on the possible chopping block.

I was just directed to this article in the new issue of the Indianapolis Business Journal in regards to a situation brewing over a slow service issue back in November at an important IMA event. On one hand I can really care less about this situation as I have never eaten at Puck's (typically too expensive for me) but part of me questions whether a single poor service at an event is purpose enough to revoke Puck's contract. It appears that this was a one time failure on Puck's behalf and has nothing to do with the food quality or anything of that sort. The problem that night, slow service. If things don't go well for Puck's, perhaps one of the well regarded local catering companies will regain a chance to cater these events. Time will tell.

The problem with Puck's is much, much bigger than one night. It just finally came to light because of one huge event covered by The Star's social editor. Suddenly everyone knows the emporer is...nude.
