Need another reason to join IDADA???
Dear IDADA Members:
We are happy to announce a new benefit to our members. We have secured health, life, dental, and vision insurance through Assurant and AFLAC. Representatives for the Insurance companies will be attending the next IDADA meeting on October 11th at Noon to discuss program options. We will also be holding enrollment meetings in the near future.
Our meetings are held at Riley Area Development's conference room in the basement at 430 Massachusetts Ave.
Special thanks to Jennifer Kaye for the hard work in researching and arranging the meeting.

Trusting Ms. Kaye to handle anything important like insurance choices is tantamount to letting a street person make your stock buying decisions.
This must be her odd way of making some kind of atonement for all the artists she screwed over.
You can fool some of the people some of the time, but apparantly you can fool most of IDADA all of the time.

Seems to me a pretty nice thing she did. I don't think anyone would argue that health insurance for artists is an important topic. And I didn't see anyone else willing to the research.

I am going to have to agree with Chris on this one. She has been the driving force at the meetings to try and get this service for artists and it appears that it may have paid off. I for one could always use insurance. Thanks, JK.
