INDEPENDENT MUSIC + ART FESTIVAL,
The 6th annual Independent Music + Art Festival (IMAF) will take place on the grounds of the Harrison Center for the Arts on Saturday, June 9, 2007. The FREE, one-day festival features 17 local bands on two stages and continuous music from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Work from over a dozen local artists will be for sale on the grounds surrounding the Harrison Center. This year, the exterior walls of the Harrison Center’s historic building become the backdrop for its first outdoor gallery. The exhibit will include work by Kyle Ragsdale, Quincy Owens, William Rasdell, Judith Levy and Craig McCormick. For a complete band line-up, click here.

Art by Architects,
Architects from around Central Indiana, will showcase their works that depict the art of architecture. The show is sponsored by the Indianapolis Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. The show coincides with the Indiana Music & Art Festival. The event is free and open to the public.

What a cool space. It's their home, gallery, studios and some amazingly creative out of the box people. Warm and inviting. Worth the visit.
